General Refund Guidelines
At MindFlow Advance, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness while maintaining the quality of our programs.

Refund requests must meet specific criteria to qualify for processing. We evaluate each situation individually, considering the unique circumstances of every student's experience.

- Account must be in good standing with no violations of our terms of service
- Student must have attempted to resolve any issues through our support channels first
- Documentation may be required to support certain types of refund requests

Program-Specific Refund Windows
Different educational programs have varying refund periods based on their content delivery method and duration. Here's what applies to each type:
Self-Paced Online Courses
For courses where you control the learning timeline, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
Live Cohort Programs
Our intensive group learning experiences have a 7-day refund window from the program start date. After the first week of sessions, refunds transition to a partial credit system.
One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Individual sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Review Period (3-5 business days)
Our team reviews your request, checks eligibility criteria, and may contact you for additional information if needed.
Decision Notification

Payment Processing (5-10 business days)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Special Circumstances and Exceptions
We understand that life sometimes presents unexpected challenges. While we maintain consistent policies, we also recognize that certain situations warrant individual consideration.
Medical or Emergency Situations
If medical issues or family emergencies prevent you from continuing your education, we may offer extended refund periods or program deferrals. Documentation from healthcare providers or other relevant authorities may be required.
Technical Issues
When technical problems on our end significantly impact your learning experience, we'll work to resolve the issue first. If resolution isn't possible, refunds may be available regardless of standard timeframes.
Dissatisfaction with Content Quality
We stand behind our educational content. If you feel the material doesn't meet the standards described in our program overview, contact us within the first week of access to discuss options.
Non-Refundable Items
Processing fees, certification costs, and third-party software licenses cannot be refunded once processed, even if the main program qualifies for a refund.
Refund Process and Payment Methods
We process refunds through the same payment method used for your original purchase. This helps maintain security and simplifies the transaction trail for both parties.
Credit Card Refunds
Most credit card refunds appear within 5-7 business days, though some banks may take up to 14 days to process the credit to your account.
Bank Transfer Refunds
Direct bank transfers typically take 7-10 business days. We'll need to verify your banking details before processing to ensure secure transfer.
PayPal and Digital Wallet Refunds
Digital payment platforms usually process refunds within 3-5 business days. You'll receive confirmation from both MindFlow Advance and your payment provider.

Partial Refunds and Credits
Sometimes a full refund isn't appropriate, but partial compensation makes sense. We offer several alternatives depending on your situation and how much of the program you've completed.
Prorated Refunds
For ongoing programs, we may offer refunds calculated based on unused portions of your enrollment. This applies mainly to multi-month programs where you withdraw partway through.
Program Credits
Instead of cash refunds, you might prefer credits toward future courses or programs. Credits remain valid for 12 months and can often provide better value than partial cash refunds.
Program Transfers
If your current program isn't meeting your needs, we may allow transfer to a different course that better matches your goals. Transfer fees may apply depending on price differences.
